Admission to the Tower of the Sun Museum will be by reservation only,
and reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance of your desired tour date.

How may people can be booked at one time? For general admission (individual) tickets, you may book for up to a maximum of 19 people in a single booking.

Reservations are necessary even for infants and babies (less than 4 years of age), so please make sure that you do not forget to include them in the number of people you are booking for. If more people than you have pre-booked show up on your tour date, the Tower of the Sun Museum will admit only the number of people you have booked for in advance.

The Tower of the Sun Museum does not offer same-day tickets; you must always reserve tickets (at least 1 day) in advance. Once you have paid for your tickets, it is not possible to cancel your order, change the number of people booked, or receive a refund (though you may obtain a refund in the event of exceptional closure).
