How far in advance can you reserve tickets to the Tower of the Sun Museum? You can make your reservation up to 120 days in advance of your desired visit (tour) date. (Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.)
How may people can be booked at one time? For general admission (individual) tickets, you may book for up to a maximum of 19 people in a single booking.

Reservations are necessary even for infants and babies (less than 4 years of age), so please make sure that you do not forget to include them in the number of people you are booking for. If more people than you have pre-booked show up on your tour date, the Tower of the Sun Museum will admit only the number of people you have booked for in advance.

The Tower of the Sun Museum does not offer same-day tickets; you must always reserve tickets (at least 1 day) in advance. Once you have paid for your tickets, it is not possible to cancel your order, change the number of people booked, or receive a refund (though you may obtain a refund in the event of exceptional closure). Therefore, please be sure not to miscount the number of people you are booking for and not to make any other errors when making your reservation.
Changing your visit (tour) date Just one time, until 12:00 noon on the day before your reserved tour date, it is possible to change your tour date (and timeslot) after you have completed your reservation—as far as your new tour date will be set within 120 days after the date you initially completed your reservation.

(Example: If on April 1, you reserved a tour staring from 15:00 on May 3, it would be possible to change the tour date you have booked until 12:00 noon on May 2 (if it needs to be changed for some reason). In this case, you would be allowed to re-book any timeslot (starting from 10:00) between May 3 to July 29 for the same number of people you have initially reserved for—if the timeslot of the date you want to select is open.)
Cancellations, changes in the number of people booked, etc. Unless Expo '70 Commemorative Park and/or the Tower of the Sun Museum are exceptionally closed for their own reasons, for example , due to natural disasters, you cannot cancel your order, change the number of people booked, or receive a refund once you have paid for your tickets. Please be careful not to miscount the number of people you are booking for and not to make any other mistakes when reserving your tickets.
On the date of your visit (tour) On your tour date, please come to the Tower of the Sun Museum reception counter at least 20 minutes before your reserved start time. To staff at the counter, you will need to show either a printout of the QR Code (which is sent to your registered email address once your reservation is completed) or the screen of your smartphone that displays the QR Code. (You will have to do so to pick up the tickets you have reserved.)
